What
is the next step after my initial consultation? |
|
After
GottaGO has determined the marketability of your items, your
GGC consultant will schedule an appointment with you. At this
time, we will inventory the items that we will be selling for
you and both parties will sign a contract to execute the sale.
You will be asked to pay a service charge of $9.95 for our travel
and research. This fee will be credited back to you if your
item(s) sell for over $100.00. Then...just wait for that PROFIT
CHECK at the close of the sale!

if my item(s) do not sell? |
|
We
can re-list your item. Lowering the initial bid price
often draws added interest. Additional fees may apply. We can
also showcase your item in you eBay store for up to 30 days.

How
long does it take to schedule an appointment? |
|
You
know when it's GottaGO, its GottaGO fast! Our goal is to help
you achieve this by making money. The faster and more diligently
we work together, the quicker we all make money. GottaGO
Consignments time frame is currently 48-72 business hours.
During peak seasons, appointments can take anywhere from one

How
do I know you or someone else is not gonna steal my stuff? |

GottaGO
Consignments currently has 3 locations insured for item content.
Once we determine what item(s) we will sell for you, we will
all sign a 'binding' contract.
By signing, you agree to fulfill your end of the bargain, being
our customer, and we agree to sell your items for you to profit
from. Your GottaGO consultant will provide you with references
upon request. Our reputation means everything! You can trust
we will treat your items as if they were our own! |

What
happens to my stuff after you take it? |
|
The
short of it is: Once your inventory sheet, contract
and items have been brought to our facilities, our in-house
staff will begin the process. Items will be numbered, high
quality digital pictures will be taken, eye-catching marketing
descriptions will be composed and we'll be ready for GottaGO!
The
Long of it is: WE WILL inventory your items as soon as
we receive them. Both parties (You and us) will sign the inventory
sheet so we know exactly what we have and you know exactly
what you gave us.
WE WILL
then combine high quality digital photos with our marketing
experience to write the most attractive, enticing, eye-catching
description we can.
REMEMBER:
The common goal here is to make YOU money!
WE WILL
monitor auction progress for you. If potential customers have
questions, we will answer them in a timely fashion. If our
viewing audience seems sluggish, we will re-vamp descriptions,
pictures, or whatever it takes to meet our common goal! You
don't have the time for all that and that's what we're here
for!
WE WILL
handle listing fees incurred for your auction. This includes
payment fees due to financial institutions that handles electronic
payment transactions (i.e. Pay-Pal, bid-pay, etc.), as well
as fees charged by the auction site for use.
WE WILL
send you a check for your profit! Because we have already
taken out any fees due us, you just 'GottaGO' and enjoy the
cash you made! |

How
do the items get to the customers? |
|
Upon
securing payment for items sold, WE WILL carefully package and
secure delivery accommodations based on the terms of the auction.
GottaGO's preferred carrier is the USPS, however some items
may require different carriers based on the particular item
or its destination. GottaGO
reserves the right to enforce insurance and/or other shipping
costs directly to the buyer when circumstances warrant such.
This imposes no additional cost to our customers. |

Are
deliveries to customers insured? |
|
Standard
protocol allows all items to be insured up to a certain value.
Since the buyer (customer of the sale) of the item assumes all
responsibility once the item is shipped, it is not your problem
or ours. We do reserve the right to implement insurance charges
at the buying customers cost, based on the item and sale terms. |

Who
determines if an item or shipment should be insured? |
|
GottaGO
reserves the right to implement insurance shipping costs to
the buying customer. Some circumstances in which this may occur
would be the shipping of fragile or valuable items or deliveries
to certain locations. Generally, based on our shipping servers
and other services, most all items are insured up to a certain
value. Regardless, don't waste your time worrying about this...that's
why GottaGO is working for you! |

How
do I get paid? |
|
At
the close of the sale your PROFIT will be calculated. Upon securing
payment, your PROFIT check will be processed and mailed out
for payment. You can generally expect to receive payment within
7-10 business days of the date the sale occurs. Extra time is
necessary for those buying customers who choose to pay by personal
check. |

Are
there any items GottaGO Consignments will not sell? |
|
Some
items we will not sell include: Software in which copyright
laws prohibit the sale, adult items (pornography or other items,
which could be considered explicit by us.) We are a family operation
and wish to keep it clean! When
